Ethical
charter

"Healing is not a commodity — it is a process of remembering our wholeness, guided by nature, community, and spirit."

Espiral Medicine was founded to honor and protect the sacred path of healing. Our vision is of a world where healing and resources flow in harmony, free from greed and exploitation — where generosity and reciprocity become the foundations of spiritual and social evolution.

Service and Living Ethic

Why we exist

- PRINCIPLE 1

No one should be denied access to healing due to financial limitations — and no healing should remain locked within the individual who received it.

We affirm that the door to this work must remain open regardless of economic circumstance. Our contribution model is built on shared responsibility — those with more support those with less, and in doing so, strengthen the whole.Equally, we understand that healing extends beyond the person on the mat. A percentage of every contribution flows directly into our Community Reciprocity Fund — dedicated to the land, the people, and the future that surrounds and sustains this work.

  • ACCESSIBLE RATE

Reduced rates, payment plans, and energy exchange for those experiencing genuine financial hardship.

  • STANDARD RATE

A fair exchange sustaining our team, our space, and the projects that keep this work alive.

  • SUPPORTIVE RATE

For those of abundance — your generosity directly enables others to access healing and funds local initiatives.

  • COMMUNITY FUND

Local education, underprivileged healing access, reforestation in the Sacred Valley, and programs for youth and families.

Access &
Reciprocity

- PRINCIPLE 2

We approach this work — and every person who enters it — as sacred. The medicines are teachers. The participants are sovereign. The facilitators are witnesses, not healers.

Our facilitators, healers, and guides are held to a code of ethics rooted in safety, humility, and absolute respect for autonomy. We recognize that no facilitator "heals" another — we simply hold space for self-healing to occur, and we bear responsibility for the quality of that space.

We approach plant medicines as living allies — not substances to be consumed, but teachers to be honored. Our relationship with them is guided by intention, preparation, and deep reverence for the cultures that have safeguarded these lineages across generations.

  • CONSENT

Every participant's autonomy is sacred. No manipulation, pressure, or coercion — ever.

  • CONFIDENTIALITY

All stories and personal experiences shared in ceremony are held in strict confidence.

  • CULTURAL LINEAGE

We honor ancestral traditions and recognize ourselves as caretakers, not owners, of what we carry.

  • ACCOUNTABILITY

We welcome feedback and remain open to reflection, growth, and evolution in service of truth.

Integrity &
Respect

- PRINCIPLE 3

Transparency& Earth

How we operate is as important as what we offer. Clarity and ecological responsibility are not afterthoughts — they are built into the foundation.

We commit to clear communication at every stage — before, during, and after your journey. Every cost is disclosed. Every resource allocation is transparent. Facilitators, local staff, and communities are compensated fairly and ethically. Our goal is to remove greed entirely from the spiritual equation.

We also recognize that healing humanity cannot be separated from healing the Earth. The Sacred Valley is not merely a backdrop — it is the medicine itself. We are stewards of that land, and every retreat is an act of ecological accountability.

  • OPEN PRICING

No hidden costs, no surprises. Full disclosure of how every contribution is allocated.

  • FAIR PAY

Every team member, local guide, and staff contributor is compensated with dignity and equity.

  • ZERO WASTE

Sustainable sourcing and minimal-impact practices across all retreats and ceremonies.

  • REFORESTATION

Active investment in conservation, tree planting, and local ecological projects in the Andes.

- PRINCIPLE 4

Service & Living

We are not here to accumulate power or profit. We are here because the world is asking for a different way of being — and we said yes.

At the heart of Espiral Medicine lies the spirit of service — to life, to truth, and to love. Every ceremony, every integration session, every meal prepared with care is an act of devotion. We invite all who join us to align with this same orientation — remembering that healing is not something we receive, but something we become.

This Ethical Charter is a living document. It will evolve as we grow, as we listen, as we are called deeper into integrity. It is not a fixed law — it is a compass, always pointing toward truth. We hold it with humility, and we hold ourselves accountable to it.

  • OUR PURPOSE

To serve the unfolding of collective healing and awakening — not to accumulate, but to give.

  • OUR INVITATION

We invite every participant to carry something of this spirit back into their lives and communities.

  • LIVING DOCUMENT

This charter evolves. We welcome feedback, reflection, and the courage to grow toward deeper truth.

- A LIVING ETHIC -

Healing is not something
we receive — it is something
we
 become

If this resonates with you — if you feel called to a space where you are met with this level of care, transparency, and respect — we would be honored to welcome you into the circle.
